Prayer Request
Hi Guys;
I have a prayer request for both my mental & physical health. I am currently on SSD because of my mental problems. There are several and several I'd rather not share. Because of the medicine I have packed on over 50lbs. I went to the dr on Friday and he called a cardiologist. The dr said he wanted to see me right away. So I have an appointment on Monday to see the cardiologist {pretty fast if you ask me}. I am having some very bad physical symptoms. I was in my dr's office {he's also my friend, as I led him to the Lord many years ago}, I was in his office when he called the cardiologist and one of the questions was "Does he smoke?" Well, yup, I do. So I am quite sure they're going to make me quit smoking. But even then, I'm not sure that will help. Plus, I'm having problems with my lungs and my dad died of lung cancer. So I am more concerned about the lung x-rays than I am about seeing the cardiologist.
Any prayers would be greatly appreciated.
in Him;

So everywhere we go, we tell everyone about Christ. We warn them and teach them with all the wisdom God has given us, for we want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ.
I work very hard at this, as I depend on Christ's mighty power that works within me.

Thank you guys for your prayers. They are much appreciated. The worst part of the smoking is I had quit for ten years. When I had my back surgery nine years ago, most of my friends smoke. So when they'd come to visit me, I'd say, give me a cigarette. Well, by the time I was up and about I was hooked.
And of course, all this extra weight isn't too good either. Especially since I'm not a good eater. I eat a lot of junk. The meds are like pot, I get the munchies all the time and am constantly eating.
I'll keep you posted when I find any results.
Again, I can't thank you enough for the prayers.
